  • Jack Alumbaugh

    Debbie and I came to Baptist Tabernacle in September 2019 for me to lead the church as the senior pastor. My goal for Baptist Tabernacle is to bring honor and glory to God and to lift up the name of Jesus.  I am passionate about sharing the Word of God with everyone.

     

    I hold a B.A. degree in Pastoral Studies from Baptist Christian College in Shreveport, LA., a B.S. in Bible from LBU, a Master and a Doctorate degree from Calvary Baptist, Melbourne, FL. I also have been awarded an honorary Doctorate degree from LBU.  

     

    I have served as a senior pastor for over 38 years and been in ministry a total of 46 years.  I have served as chairman of the Kentucky Baptist Bible Fellowship and as trustee of Louisiana Baptist University. Me and Debbie have been married for 44 years and have 2 married sons, Aaron (Andrea) and Tim (Brittany) and 3 grandchildren: Jackson, Matthew and Kenzie.  I love is spending time with our grandchildren and family.  My passion in life is preaching the God's Word.


    I've recently been meditating on Psalm 16:11, "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore." 

  • Bill Kincaid - Associate Pastor

    I am William Kincaid, son of W.W. & Flossie Kincaid, of Odessa, Texas and I am married to Linda Kincaid. I started at Baptist Christian College in 1966 after serving in the army and graduated in 1970, with honors, with a BA degree in Pastorology and Evangelism. I also earned a Master of Arts and Doctorate degree from Baptist Christian University. I was hired by Baptist Tabernacle in May of 1970. I have worked as a fill-in for various staff positions-Sunday School director, bus director, bus worker, and you name it, I've done it! I currently serve in the position of Associate Pastor and teach the Hope Tabernacle Bible Class. I also teach a night class at Louisiana Baptist University. My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 119:89, 

    "For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven."

  • Chris Keeny - Youth Pastor

    Chris serves as the Youth Pastor of Baptist Tabernacle.  He and his wife Vallie joined Baptist Tabernacle in 2022.  They are both graduates of Baptist Bible College.  Chris has a master's degree from Louisiana Baptist University.  

  • Judy Anderson - Staff secretary

    My name is Judy Anderson and I 'inherited' this job several years ago. It has been a unique opportunity for me to work in my church and with my pastor and staff. God definitely opened a door for me to have this position. I am a retired school teacher and cheerleader sponsor. I taught at Bossier High School for 31 years and was cheerleader sponsor for 22+ years. I will always be a Bearkat at heart. In my spare time, I enjoy photography and cake decorating. I love the Bible verse Exodus 14:14, "The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace."
